		<description>&lt;p&gt;So, I think Steve&#039;s  got a slight misunderstanding of the point of autonomo.us. We&#039;re not concerned with desktop software &lt;em&gt;at all&lt;/em&gt;. We&#039;re entirely about the cloud. Our driving goal is to ensure that users of software-as-a-service have the same freedom of choice -- autonomy -- that users of Free Software on their own desktop or laptop have. We may take freedom on the desktop as a metaphor, but other people are working very hard, and doing a very good job, of ensuring that users can have a free and open source desktop stack.&lt;/p&gt;
